It is our aspiration to offer you the very best service for your leisure residence. We want you to sit back and relax, knowing that your property in Croatia is in the best of hands – ours. Trust, responsibility, and reliability are key in our relationship with the customers. We are aware that you entrust us with one of your most valuable goods.
To make our services transparent and calculable for you, we have put together a basic package at a fixed monthly fee. Multiple additional options to choose from will meet your wishes and needs.
From taking care of your mail to maintaining your air conditioning systems, we offer every service you may need for your holiday home – everything from a single source.
With us, you have one designated contact person assigned to you, who will reliably and competently respond to your every need. You also benefit from our vast and strong local network, which allows us to appoint the most suitable service partners to you at any given time.
As we are highly committed to supporting the Croatian Fire Department, in working with us, you also make a social contribution.
Basic Package
- Safe-keeping of your keys in a vds-certified (German certificate) key locker with security level S 1 according to EN 14450
- appraisal of your property from the in- and outside once a month, ventilation of the rooms, inspection of the windows, doors, lighting, electricity and water installations.
- Recording of the electricity and water levels (if these are freely accessible)
- Emptying the postbox and storing the mail. If you so wish, we can forward your letters and invoices to you via e-mail.
- You will receive a checklist and pictures of your property via e-mail after our monthly appraisal
- In urgent situations you will be contacted by phone immediately
- From each Basic Package we donate €5 a month to the Fire Station in Vodice.
